I'm always so excited to see Erin and so it was great that she made the 2h drive up from Eugene to celebrate her own birthday. We met up for dinner at Trebol, a recommendation of some randoms that couch surfed at Erin's a few months ago and finished the night with some delectable Salt and Straw. I love sharing the goodness.
